RosterPilot, LLC (collectively, “RosterPilot,” “we,” “our,” or “us,”) own and operate the
RosterPilot mobile application and website, located at www.rosterpilot.com and
app.rosterpilot.com, through which we offer college baseball programs a way to track and
evaluate recruits. This Policy outlines the types of information we collect from you (“you”) or
that you may provide when you access or use our website or mobile application (collectively the
“Services”).
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal
information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not
use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Policy and our General
Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). We may update this Policy from time to time. We will
notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page. We will let you know via
email and/or a prominent notice on our Services, prior to the change becoming effective. You are
